Cement Step-By-Step Roof Restoration

All broken roof tiles are Removed and replaced (age and style matched). Using 3000psi the entire roof area is pressure cleaned. Surrounding gutters, external walls and paths are washed down to remove any roof grime. Rusted or damaged valley irons are replaced and all older ones are treated. Damaged lead flashings and timber battens are replaced. Existing ridge-capping tiles and gable end verge tiles are re-bedded as required. Ridge capping and gables are all re-pointed using the Flexi-Point Ridge Security System. Repairs are thoroughly checked before the entire roof area is air cleaned. Depending on the tile age and type a selected masonry sealer is applied using an airless spray gun. Two coats of 100% pure acrylic polymer coating are applied using an airless spray gun (large variety of colours are available). All gables and flashings are hand painted (avoiding over-spray). Site is thoroughly cleaned and all trade waste is removed.
